1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeepLooks ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DeepLooks is a people discovery and reverse lookup service that aggregates publicly available information from various sources including public records, social media profiles, and other lawful data sources. The Service uses artificial intelligence to compile, analyze, and present this information.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable laws, including FCRA, GLBA, DPPA, or privacy regulations
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the information obtained
• Use the information for employment screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, tenant screening, or other purposes covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

DeepLooks offers the following subscription tiers:

• Starter Plan: $29/month - 50 lookups per month
• Pro Plan: $59/month - 200 lookups per month
• Enterprise Plan: $99/month - Unlimited lookups

5.2 Trial Period

New users may access a 7-day trial for $9. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate for your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. You will be charged on the same day each month unless you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Lookup Credits

Monthly lookup credits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Enterprise plan users receive unlimited lookups.

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

NO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Information is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

We aggregate data from third-party sources and cannot verify the accuracy of all information. Users should independently verify any critical information before making decisions based on it.

7. FCRA Compliance Notice

DeepLooks is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.

The information provided by DeepLooks may NOT be used for:

• Employment screening or decisions
• Credit or lending decisions
• Insurance underwriting or eligibility
• Tenant screening or housing decisions
• Any other purpose covered by the FCRA

Use of this Service for any FCRA-regulated purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DeepLooks, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, are owned by DeepLooks and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPLOOKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or information
• Decisions made based on information obtained through the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepLooks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or our policies
• Is harmful to other users or our business
• Exposes us or others to legal liability

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis, and not as part of any class or representative action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
